Lessons:

A full set of driving lesson terms and conditions will be issued on your first lesson, these terms and conditions may also be obtained in advance by telephoning the office and requesting a copy.

General:

1. Use of this Web Site is offered to you on condition that you accept, without modification, the following terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before continuing to use the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms and conditions, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you may not use the Site.

2. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make substantial changes, we will post a prominent announcement on the home page

3. Unless otherwise specified, the Web Site is for the purpose of providing information on learning to drive and operating the driving school. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Web Site. You may not upload or publish information on the Web Site.

4. We do not collect any personally identifiable information when you visit the Site. We will not set or access cookies on your computer.

5. The content of the Web Site, including but not limited to text, logos, and graphics are copyrighted and are our property.

6. We respect the intellectual property of others, and we request users of the Web Site to do the same. We will process and investigate notices of alleged copyright infringements and will act promptly to comply with applicable laws, by removing material from the Web Site or disabling access to material.
